What Clients Are Saying

“Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to have a chat with me. You are so inspiring, a great listener, but also an amazing advice giver, someone I inspire to be for my colleagues or whomever reaches out to me for assistance. I hope I would be beneficial for them as you have been for me.”

— Coaching Client

“I realized things about myself and coworkers I never knew. I feel like a new man with all this knowledge.”

— Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training Participant

“Excellent communication, good humor, gave relevant examples, framed things positively while still acknowledging challenges.”

— Leadership Development Training Participant

“I felt really engaged and connected both with the instructor and my classmates. Biases can be an uncomfortable topic, but the environment of our class is one where everyone seems to feel free to share even uncomfortable experiences and feelings and trust that they will be heard and understood in the best light. Alleysha did a fantastic job of mirroring back what she heard people say (so that we felt understood) while also suggesting alternative viewpoints. This class felt like a collaboration for mutual growth and everyone's input was really valuable.”

“Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
